This class offers gentle postures, breath work and stretching in this mind body practice. It is a great class for participants who may be experiencing arthritis, have limited mobility, injuries, chronic pain or fatigue. Participants can choose to perform exercises in a chair or on the floor. Mats, blocks and straps are provided.

Class is offered on Wednesdays, 10:00-11:00AM.

$5/class for Fitness Center members, $20/class for non-members.
