Tai Chi, often called “moving meditation,” is an enjoyable practice with many health benefits, including reduced stress, better balance & improved freedom of movement.  The focus of this class is on fundamental principles which introduce the graceful movements of the First Form.  This class is suitable for all adults,
as long as participant can stand & walk unassisted.
