Condition your core and balance by learning how to move your body in a healthy way to strengthen muscles, avoid injury and reinforce proper movement principles. By combining a variety of movement forms, participants will achieve overall health and wellness and improved mobility.Exercises will be performed seated in a chair and standing. Chairs will be available to support standing and balancing postures.

Class is offered Mondays, 1-1:45PM & Tuesdays, 9-9:45AM (choose one).
